Meet Our Team
Dr. Sean
Hariri is a native of San Diego, CA. He is a
graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy
School of Dentistry, after earning a Bachelor
of Science Degree in Chemistry from California
State University San Marcos, with an emphasis
on biochemistry. He is a member of the American
Dental Association, Academy of General
Dentistry and the Illinois Dental Association.
He enjoys focusing on cosmetic dentistry and helping patients achieve goals and aspirations with their dental health and appearance. His goals are to strive for pain-free dentistry while providing a comfortable stay during their visit to High Point's office.
Dr. Hariri is also an artist, having drawn and painted for over 17 years, acquiring quite a portfolio. The artistry of dentistry comes natural to Dr. Hariri as he approaches each case with an esthetic level to detail. When not painting, he enjoys running, mountain biking and cooking. He believes in an "open door" policy, so never hesitate to ask a question or come in with your concern. He enjoys a great sense of humor and loves helping his patients attain a lasting beautiful smile.

Dr. Vu
Kong first received a Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State
University. Engineering's technical aspects
appealed to him and he applies them to his
dental practice. He is a graduate of the
University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry
and is a third generation dentist, as his dad
and grandfather were both dentists. He is a
member of the American Dental Association and
Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Kong has high moral and ethical values and only recommends treatment that is necessary to the health of his patient. Each patient is treated like family and he enjoys working with kids. He especially enjoys working with Invisalign® cases because of the instant rewards it brings to the patient.
He takes pleasure in traveling, wine tasting, and experiencing new foods. His hobbies include playing tennis, basketball and spending time with his family. He has a wonderful sense of humor and he is fluent in Cantonese (Chinese).

Drs. Kong and
Hariri became great friends in dental school and
shared a similar dream. Together, the now colleagues,
planned and opened High Point Family Dentistry. Their
joint practice is dedicated to offering
state-of-the-art technology in a comfortable, relaxed
setting. High Point offers their patients impeccable
professionalism coupled with high integrity.
Meet the High Point Staff
Felicia
Felicia
is the new addition to High Point Family
Dentistry as our hygienist. She is very kind,
gentle and friendly, always optimistic to help
and educate. Felicia graduated from William
Rainey Harper College of Dental Hygiene in May
of 2010. She is licensed and certified to
practice hygiene and is trained with the latest
knowledge and techniques to deliver exceptional
hygiene treatment. She is an alternate delegate
of the North Suburban Chapter of the American
Dental Hygiene Association. Her main goal is to
eliminate plaque from the world.
Luisa
Luisa is
High Point Family Dentistry's office manager.
Luisa is a friendly and considerate teammate of
our office from the day we started. She is
currently a student at the college of Dupage on
Glen Ellyn, IL. She is majoring in Health
Information Technology, a very specific and
specialized field, and hopes to graduate in
2011. She enjoys boxing, music, and spending
time with her family and friends. Feel free to
ask Luisa any questions regarding your
treatment plan and anything else pertaining to
your visit. She can be reached at the office
any day of the week. Luisa's laugh can make you
laugh each time she does.
Christopher
Christopher
is the back office manager at High Point Family
Dentistry. He has been in the dental field for
over three years. Christopher obtained a
Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the
University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a
Master’s Degree in Microbiology from Western
Illinois University. Chris is dependable,
gentle, and comforting to all patients. His
assisting technique is exceptional and it is
reflective of his passion in the field of
dentistry. He is currently applying to dental
school and hopes to begin in the fall of 2011.
He enjoys being active and spending time with
his family. Ultimately, he would like to become
a pediatric dentist here in Elgin, IL. Chris
knows baseball, so if you ever can, try and
stump him.
Rhonda
Rhonda
is our dental assistant at High Point Family
Dentistry. She is very sweet and caring. She
always has a smile and is willing and eager to
help better the lives of all our patients.
Rhonda has been a dental assistant for 3 years
and is highly experienced in the field. She is
wonderful with children and truly enjoys
treating families. She enjoys focusing on total
patient comfort and pays particular attention
to the patient's well being during treatment.
For example, she has her own technique on how
to help lessen the discomfort of anesthesia for
the patient while the doctors administer it.
When you visit, just ask her and she would love
to tell you.
