appointment, please call our office or click on the

Our office hours are:
Monday - 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday - 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday - 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Thursday - 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

For your convenience, we have our new patient forms available for download.
Print out and complete the forms in the comfort of your
home, then bring to your first appointment.
Insurance
We accept most insurance plans; however, prior to an appointment, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance. We do collect the patient portion for all treatment at time of service. Please speak with our Financial Coordinator for details.

Green Practices Help The Earth
Reducing
our impact on the earth is important to us and
our office. We strive to produce less waste and
have eco-friendly products whenever possible.
Most dental products are not recyclable because
they are considered medical waste, so we work
hard to find items to help keep our footprint
small.
From the beginning, we used recycled and energy saving materials in building our practice. Items that we use to reduce waste are biodegradable cups, seventh generation cleaning materials, recycled paper products and biodegradable and low odor disinfectants as not to upset the balance for our patients that are chemically sensitive.
We provide digital x-rays, which eliminate film and harmful chemicals. Our office repairs and fills teeth with mercury-free, tooth-colored fillings, and only use amalgam when requested by patients. We have paperless charting and when necessary, we use recycled paper as much as possible. All documents are shredded and put into our recycling bins along with all our cardboard and even our lunch containers. We use filtered water, energy efficient light bulbs, and chemical free interior paint.
